Our Employer Engagement team is dedicated to helping you improve your business through training.
We offer a range of courses at different levels, many of which can be delivered in the workplace which will provide direct and relevant training for your employees.
The cost of training doesn't need to be high, we have access to a number of funding options that could help you keep the costs down, and in some cases this could be free.
Train to Gain SchemeWe offer courses through the Train to Gain scheme; a scheme that can improve business productivity and competitiveness by ensuring that your employees have got the right skills to do their best for the job.
Train to Gain will help your business meet the skills you need by helping you to choose the best training package. If your business has less than 50 employees you can receive wage compensation for the time that each member of your staff spends in training.
All training can be carried out in the workplace at a time that is most convenient to you and your employee.
To see what courses we offer through the Train to Gain scheme visit our website at
