Michael Raynes and Paul Turnbull went along to the Altogether Active Club at Peel Moat Recreation Centre a couple of weeks ago to talk to the children and parents about what they have to do, as professional footballers, with regards to diet, nutrition and fitness.

After the talk the lads also did some 'fast feet' drills and played some football games with the children and, before they left, made sure the participants had all the autographs they wanted.

A big thank-you to Michael and Paul for again giving up their time to help our community activities.
