Stockport County Football in the Community's October Soccer School will take place at Stockport School from Monday 22^nd through to Friday 26^th.

More than 500 players enjoyed the County coaching philosophy at the summer camps and next month's course promises to be just as popular.

Community Officer Mike Smith said: "Our highly-motivated coaches coupled with our new, and unique, training aids ensure all participants develop in a challenging and stimulating manner.

"At County we feel it is so important that children of all abilities are given the opportunity to play football and our courses provide the right platform for the young players to enjoy their football in a fun and safe environment."

County's busy Community team will also be holding a Girl's Course and their popular Sporting Tots course throughout the half-term break.

An FA qualified female coach will lead the girl's course and, with numbers restricted to 30, it is advisable to book your pace as soon as possible.

The tots course, which will take place from Tuesday, October 23^rd through to the 25^th from 10.00am to 12 noon, is designed to help 3 to 5-year-olds improve their agility and flexibility, co-ordination skills and self confidence.
