County ended their six-match winless run with a vital victory over Wrexham.

The Hatters fell behind on 25 minutes when Conrad Logan missed a cross from the left allowing Mark Williams to head into an unguarded net.

But a brilliant volley from Anthony Elding before the break and Dominic Blizzard's second-half header turned the game around.

Speaking to stockportcounty.com after the game Jim Gannon said: "We knew we had a performance in us and we knew we just needed a few things to click

"The league table looks a lot healthier now and I know it's early days but we're only four points off the top.

"This was a big, big win for us."
