TWO OUT!

Posted on: Fri 05 Oct 2007

Stockport County have allowed James Tunnicliffe and Chris Coward to join Northwich Victoria on one-month loans.

The two youngsters, who featured in Wednesday's Manchester Senior Cup victory against Oldham Athletic, joined the Vics' squad this morning and are expected to make their debuts in tomorrow's game at Weymouth.

County boss Jim Gannon said: "Many of our young professionals have made great progress over the last three months and it is important that all the players embrace the environment they have to improve their athleticism, ability and tactical awareness so that they can continue to make a living from the game at what ever level they reach.

"As part of that development process we will consider, over the coming months, allowing young players to go out and gain match experience to enhance their development.

"I'm sure James and Chris will benefit from their time at Northwich."
