It may not be a surprise to many, but in the 2008 Football League Supporters' Survey, County was rated as the best matchday atmosphere in League Two for the 07/08 season.

The Blue & White Army can proudly pat themselves on the back as, along with having not only having the largest & noisiest away support in the whole of League Two, and only bettered by three League One sides, other fans chose matchdays at Edgeley Park as having the best atmosphere.

And Stockport County also finished top of the league in the 'Best Practice' area, where fans rate their club on how they feel their club values them.
