County fans are reminded that the Hatters youth team is in action on Thursday night when they take on Crewe Alexandra in the FA Youth Cup second round.

After a narrow victory at York City in the first round, County now face a stern examination from the highly-rated Alex side who reached this stage with a 2-0 win at Bury.

Kick off time at Edgeley Park is 7.00pm and prices have been set at £4 (adults) and £1 (concessions).

We are also delighted to announce that a 20-page black and white programme will be available on the night, kindly produced on our behalf by the Hatters Independent Supporters Club.

Articles include profiles of both team's players, details of this season's Youth Cup and a brief history of County's exploits in this prestigious competition.



Profits from the programme, and any future programmes for similar games produced by HISC, are to be pooled until enough money has been raised to purchase a Fans Player Sponsorship Package here at Edgeley Park.

And one lucky fan who purchases a programme on Thursday will be entered into a future draw where they could win some of the rewards that come with the Fans Player Sponsorship Package.

They will also receive an immediate prize with the replacement of their original programme with the only full colour version produced for this game.
