The Manor Farm project continues to gather momentum with the main building now being designated for office space and accommodation.

Not content with this achievement, though, County fanatic John Fitzpatrick and his army of volunteers are now turning their attention to a series of fund-raising activities to raise funds to help turn our training HQ into a facility we can all be proud off, players, staff and supporters.

The players' building has been completely redecorated and, led by Kitman Richard Landon, historic County shirts are now being professionally framed and inscribed and fixed to the walls.

This project will develop naturally to include historic photos and memorabilia.

Fitz's crew plan to fund this, and other projects, purchases and improvements, from their forthcoming activities.

All the volunteers have enrolled as agents for our rapidly improving Gold Bond Weekly Draw to help increase membership.

And they have also set up a new website www.helpthehatters.co.uk where fans are able to purchase on-line a specially-designed T-shirt.

Stockport County would like to thank John and all his volunteers for the sterling work they have already carried out and we would urge all County fans to fully support their fund-raising initiatives.

The T-shirts are priced at just a fiver - why not order yours now!
