PURE TEXT - MILLWALL

Many County fans tuned in to PureFM's coverage of last night's game, whether around Stockport by tuning in or on the internet with County World, and many got in touch with the boys via text and email. Here is a selection of messages the boys on the radio received -
Whatever the way forward is for County, we must, MUST keep Jim Gannon and Peter Ward. John, C/Hulme.
Great comeback by county today. Kenny Jacket should be ashamed with his dirty off the ball tactics and Izale Mcleod should be looking to get in the olympic diving team after that performance. Keep the faith county fans and lets get this financial mess sorted. Ant Calla, Strawberry Gardens hatter

That felt like a victory & in many ways it was. A victory over the shall we say Millwall gamesmanship/downright cheating! Oli Johnson coming of age etc etc!
County in the last few weeks have been through alot with administration in the back of their minds. It shows a great team today to draw with a team like Millwall!!!
We have not got players like McNulty or Pilks but we have a great squad! It is good to see Dicker and Rose back in the team today and great youngesters like johnson and mainwaring!!
The words Amimo Et Fide keep the faith!!! We did this today!!!

Three generations of the Benson family are at Stockport County today, Grandad Fred (age 69), Dad Mark (age 45) and his son Laurence Benson (aged 6) - they always listen to Pure FM on the way home from the match (between 5.15 and 6pm) All are season tickets holders and have followed county for years, Laurence went to his first game when he was 3!
I am working this afternoon at our sweet shop in Goyt Mill, Marple, so please can you wish my husband (Mark) a Happy Valentines Day from me, as I forgot to tell him this morning! Also it's Grandad Fred's 70th birthday on the 8th March and Laurence's 7th brithday on the 27th March, so please can I wish them an early happy birthday too!
We always listen to the great commentary on Pure Fm if we can't get to any matches.
