Stockport County have heavily reduced prices for next Saturday's FA Cup-tie against Tooting & Mitcham.
Adults and over-16s will be able to watch the game for just £10 with OAPs and Under-16s able to gain admission for £5. These prices apply all around Edgeley Park.
Gary Ablett travelled to Eastbourne last night to watch The Terrors pull of a shock by beating the Conference side 4-3.
Formed by an amalgamation in 1932 of Tooting Town (founded 1887) and Mitcham Wanderers (founded 1912) the club currently play in the Isthmian League Premier Division.
They have reached the FA Cup first round on nine occasions, the last time being 1977-78 when they were beaten at home by Northampton Town, 2-1.
Back in 1958-59, though, after beating Bournemouth 3-1, they enjoyed success against Northampton, winning 2-1 to set up a third-round tie against (old) First Division outfit, Nottingham Forest.
And, in arguably their finest hour, they held Forest to a 2-2 draw before losing the City Ground replay 3-0. Forest then made the most of their let-off and went all the way to Wembley to win the Cup!
A third League club beaten in the Cup by Tooting & Mitcham are Swindon Town, in 1976. After a 2-2 draw in Swindon the Terrors won the replay 2-1.
Current Crewe manager, Dario Gradi, once played for the Terrors and other notable former players include Alex Stepney, Nathan Ellington, Dickie Guy and Steve Gritt.
The only County player to have played for Tooting & Mitcham is Jimmy Collins. The centre-forward began his career with the Terrors before joining Queens Park Rangers. He moved to Edgeley Park in 1934 after a successful trial and made six League appearances, scoring one goal, against Carlisle United. He also scored three goals in five Division Three (North) Cup ties. He didn't play in the final, though, which County won by beating Walsall 2-0 at Manchester City's Maine Road.
Tooting & Mitcham are expected to wear their normal colours, broad black & white stripes, at Edgeley Park.
