Nominations have now been announced for the Football League Manager of the Month awards for October.

In League 1 the accolade will be contested by Kenny Jackett (Millwall), Alan Pardew (Southampton), Paul Lambert (Colchester) and Paul Ince (Milton Keynes).

The four Championship nominations are Nigel Pearson (Leicester), Billy Davies (Nott'm Forest), Paulo Sousa (Swansea) and Dave Jones (Cardiff).

In League 2 the four men in the frame are John Sheridan (Chesterfield), Keith Hill (Rochdale), Paul Peschisolido (Burton) and Micky Adams (Port Vale).

The winners will be announced on Sky Sports' Soccer Saturday.
