COUNTY UNITE

Posted on: Tue 26 Jan 2010
The support of County fans during the Hatters' troubled times is notable, and that support is gaining more attention through County Unite.

The new website, created by County fanatic Mark White, has already raised nearly £2,000 of donations. One item, a new dartboard for the training ground at Manor Farm, was celebrated with the visit of darts stars Tony O'Shea and Darryl Fitton, and another amazing donation was £100 worth of free shopping each week, from Tesco Stockport.

County Unite are hoping to raise much, much more in the future, and Hatters' manager Gary Ablett has added his support to the campaign. Courtesy of the Purple Pakora in Disley, one lucky prize winner plus a friend/partner will enjoy a meal with Gary and his wife.
