Stuart Delaney was happy this morning after his first game in charge of the County Youth side.

The Young Hatters came back from a goal down to draw with a second half equaliser from Danny Whitehead.

The new Youth Team Manager had the following to say about the game: "It was a good test for the lads, and a good guide for me to see how our technical and fitness levels transfer from training to an eleven-a-side game".

"The opening goal came from a defensive/goalkeeping error which we will work on, but errors are part of the young lads' learning curve".

"We did have several opportunities to score before they did, and again that gives us something to work on in training."
