Stuart Delaney joined County as Youth Team Manager in July 2010.

Stuart was part of Preston North End's Centre of Excellence for seven years, before he joined the Lancashire FA as Head of Coach Development.

A year later he joined Shrewsbury Town, first as fitness coach then was appointed first team coach, helping the Shrews to reach two playoff finals during that time.

Aged 23, Stuart became one of the youngest people to earn a UEFA 'A' License. He also has an Academy Manager License and specific Scottish Youth Coaching badges.

In 2009/10, he spent a week studying under Steve McClaren at Eredivisie-winning FC Twente.
