Tommy is a former Trafford Boys player who shares a birthday with team mate Gianluca Havern.
He has played at both left back and on the left wing since joining County's Centre of Excellence at Under-15 level.
He scored an impressive goal in last season's Manchester Senior Cup game at Manchester City with a long range free-kick and also managed a goal direct from a corner during the season.
Tommy made his first team debut as a substitute in the FA Cup defeat at Watford in January 2007 before impressing in four League games towards the end of the season.
