Cameron hails from the Miles Platting area of Manchester. He came through the club's Centre of Excellence and became a first-year trainee in 2009. His goal scoring exploits for the youth side saw him given a call-up to the first team squad last season. He made his first team debut in a 2-1 home win over Barnet in 2010/11 and now has a total of 8 appearances all from the substitute's bench. He joined Mossley on loan in August 2011.
