Michael Raynes hopes to return to action when Carlisle United visit Edgeley Park on November 1.

The Hatters skipper limped out of the home defeat by Colchester United with another hamstring problem.

However, the results of an MRI scan has revealed no tear and Michael is confident a week's rest will see the strain settle down and he'll be fit to face the Cumbrians.
