Ben Hinchliffe spoke of the team’s disappointment following Saturday’s penalty shootout defeat to Chesterfield at Edgeley Park, as County exited the FA Cup.
Ben was frustrated at the late goal we conceded to take the game to penalties, describing the shootout as just one of those things that can go either way.
He spoke about the emphatic penalty he scored himself in the shootout, and about his confidence from twelve-yards, having scored penalties in the past during his time at AFC Fylde.
Looking forward, the goalkeeper was keen to focus on our League campaign, and a big game on Tuesday against Solihull, as he said there was ‘no limit’ on what this team can do this season.
