It is with extreme sadness that the Club can report the tragic recent passing of Karl Newton, a loved colleague who until his move to Blackburn Rovers last week, was part of our Scouting team.
Karl will always be remembered by everyone at County for his passion and dedication for scouting players. He was a big part of the group that helped build last season’s title winning team and it feels so cruel that just weeks ago we were celebrating together.
We are completely floored by this news and our thoughts go to Karl’s family and partner Louise in this difficult time.
RIP Karl.
