Club Statement | Season Ticket Update

The National League announced last week that they were confident that the 20/21 season would start on 3rd October, but would commence initially behind closed doors due to updated government guidelines.

The Club is planning to stream all home games next season whilst these restrictions remain in place and all paying season ticket holders will receive complimentary streaming access (normally £7.50 per game).

We are confident that government guidance will change in the coming months and spectators will be allowed in a restricted capacity as soon as it is deemed safe.

By retaining your season ticket you will continue to reserve your seat and be first in the queue when fans are allowed back to Edgeley Park. If at first the reduced capacity amount is less than our season ticket allocation we will put in place a fair process to rotate games for season ticket holders. For example if 1,000 fans are allowed then our 2,000 season ticket holders will be allowed to go to one in every two games at Edgeley Park.

We have no specific clarity on numbers at this stage and we will be pushing for the original reduced capacity allocation to accommodate all season ticket holders as soon as is safe and possible.

We really appreciate your loyalty to the Club and patience at this difficult time, however if you do want to apply for a refund and cancel your season ticket please contact [email protected].

More information on how to access matchday streaming will follow.
