County Community Trust is an independent registered charity and the official affiliated charitable arm of Stockport County FC.
We aim to harness the local passion for football and reach of the football club to improve outcomes within Stockport and the surrounding area, through the delivery of a range of activities, designed to increase physical activity and improve heath and well-being.
County Community Trust has the community at the heart of everything we do and strives to provide sustainable, successful, and impacting opportunities for those most in need, with long lasting benefits for the community.
We deliver a diverse range of activities and initiatives for people of all ages and engage with hundreds of participants every month, but we are passionate about wanting to do more and have an even greater impact on our community.
