County’s virtual PE session – session two

Take part in our virtual County P.E session, with our strength and conditioning coach, Dan, who puts Macca and Harvey through their paces in a hilarious football-fitness session.

The fitness session is made up of 10 different exercises, where there’ll be 35 seconds on with 25 seconds rest. This will be repeated twice with a minutes rest in between, the session will last for around 25 minutes. Dan will also take us through a five minute warm up and recommends to stretch before and after the session.
