We are pleased to welcome Emmies Kitchen to Edgeley Park on Saturday afternoon to carry out a bucket collection.
Emmies Kitchen was set up by parents whose daughter was diagnosed with leukaemia and had to spend lots of time in Royal Manchester Childrens Hospital. As a parent it became obvious quite quickly that the availability of homemade tasty food is extremely limited whilst staying at hospital and is often an added pressure for many to access and afford a wholesome meal.
Emmies Kitchen is provides parents of children staying in the RMCH with a free, individually ordered tasty take away meal and a snack bag – currently this is offered once a week as a Friday night Take away.
All of your donations today will provide hot meals for parents staying at Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital.
