Goalkeeper Ben Hinchliffe has been voted by supporters as your Brsk Player of the Month winner for December!
It was another great month between the sticks for our legendary goalkeeper, as his performances helped County end the month unbeaten in League Two, ending 2023 top of the table.
His month will be remembered in particular for two outstanding saves made in the space of just three days over the festive period, showing incredible reactions to deny Emile Acquah from close range in our 2-2 draw against Barrow, before denying Andy Cook with another stunning stop in our 0-0 draw at Bradford City.
He becomes the fourth different player to win the award since it’s launch in September, with County fan Danny Kilroe presenting him with the trophy after our 3-1 win over Walsall at Edgeley Park on Saturday.
Ben has chosen to give his £100 charity donation, kindly provided by Brsk, to the Lady Captains Charity 2023/24, which is currently raising funds to open an ECG testing centre.
