Opening day is almost here, which can mean only one thing. The County Courtyard is back, with more mouth-watering food, quality County entertainment and a brand new pale ale on offer!
We’ve teamed up with local brewery Runaway this season to create our very own pale ale, named ‘Cheers, Thank You in tribute to the gaffer, which will be available exclusively from the County Courtyard on a match day. The new addition is a 4% pale ale offering citrus notes with a clean and refreshing bitterness, delivering a modern, hoppy beer, perfect for a Saturday afternoon.
Located in the Cheadle End car park, the Courtyard is set to be buzzing once again with a big opening day crowd anticipated at Edgeley Park. Doors will be opening from 1.00pm, with plenty of street food, craft ale and County chat on offer.
Club President, Steve Bellis will be joined live on stage by members of the first-team squad as they look ahead to the new season, before giving you the opportunity to take pictures and receive autographs from the players.
We’ve more great street food on offer with an Italian section in the Courtyard, whilst there will also be both a chippy van and a coffee van available for supporters, also located in the Cheadle End car park.
The Courtyard will be available at half-time for supporters located in the Cheadle End, and will remain open for around an hour after the game for anyone wanting to digest the game over a drink or two.
