Braised Beef Steak with Peppercorn sauce, served with Herb Mash and Roasted Root Vegetables.
Vegetarian: Roasted melody Vegetable Wellington, with Onion & Caraway Seed Cream Sauce and Stem Broccoli.
Dessert:
Lemon Tart, Raspberry Coulis & Raspberry jelly.
