Stockport County’s radio and online commentaries will return next season in the National League, thanks to sponsors My Digital Accounts, owned and managed by County fanatic John Whelan.
Imagine Radio will bring you full match commentary of all Hatters’ games, home and away, during 2019/20. Every game will be live on 104.9FM or you can listen online from anywhere in the world for just £52 for the whole season via County Player.
John Whelan has a long family connection with the club, as his grandfather was County’s all-time record goal scorer Jack Connor. John said: “After sponsoring the commentaries during last season’s fantastic promotion campaign, it was an easy decision to commit to 2019/20.
“We’ve had some brilliant feedback to our first couple of years with Imagine so I’m delighted that My Digital Accounts can continue our involvement in the National League.
“I’ve spoken to so many County fans who love the club, but simply can’t get to all the games, so this is a vital lifeline for them, wherever they are in the world.
