We are pleased to welcome Feeding The Community Stockport to Edgeley Park this Saturday, to hold a bucket collection in support of this fantastic charity ahead of our game against Crawley Town
Feeding The Community Stockport is a small local charity delivering 130 hot meals, 3 days a week to those in a across the Stockport borough, including the elderly, vulnerable and sick.
The charity helps those who are temporarily unable to cook, cannot afford hot meals or have a physical or a mental disability. They also provide dinner and gifts at Christmas.
Feeding The Community is run by volunteers, and rely on donations from the public and local organisations. They need to raise nearly £4,000 every month to keep going.
