Season Ticket Collection Delayed

Due to an unfortunate technical error that has resulted in certain inconsistencies in the production of season tickets, tickets will not be available for collection this afternoon.

The Club is working tirelessly to resolve this issue as quickly and efficiently as possible, and will update the fans on the situation as soon as we can.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused by this delay.


UPDATE – 01-08.19 – [08:00]

We are delighted to confirm that season ticket collection will take place from 10am today.

We remind supporters that in an effort to avoid today’s forecasted dull weather, collection will take place in the Sapphire Suite, upstairs in the Pioneer Group Cheadle End. This is accessible via the club car park office entrance, by both stairs and lift.

The Club Shop will also be open 12-7pm, so that supporters may purchase tickets for our league-opener this weekend.

Once again, we thank supporters for their patience and understanding during this less than ideal period.


UPDATE – 31.07.19 – [13:36]

We have been advised by our supplier that season tickets will arrive on site late this afternoon. Club staff will then cross-check the cards to ensure the previous printing errors have been rectified. Once complete, we will update supporters accordingly.

Season Ticket Collection should then take place tomorrow from the Sapphire Suite, upstairs in the Pioneer Group Cheadle End so as to avoid the forecasted dull weather. The Sapphire Suite is accessible from the office entrance in the club car park – by both stairs and lift.

We will be extending the originally communicated extended hours, which will now be as follows;
Thursday 1st August – 10:00-19:00
Friday 2nd August – 10:00-19:00
The Ticket Office will be open from 9am on Saturday morning.

Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience caused by this error, and thank supporters for their understanding and patience whilst we seek to deliver correct season tickets.


UPDATE – 30.07.19 – [13:30]

Due to the ongoing technical issue with the Season Tickets, tickets will not be available to collect today. Our supplier is working day and night in order to rectify this issue.

We are doing everything in our power to ensure minimal queues when collection commences, and will continue to keep supporters updated as to when this issue will be resolved.

Supporters will be able to collect their season tickets from the Ticket Office windows when confirmed by the club.

Please remember to bring ID (photo or with address) with you when collecting – without appropriate ID staff will not be able to issue your card. Those collecting student or disabled cards should also bring appropriate ID*.

Please note; 

*If you purchased your season ticket after the 16th of July, your season ticket will not be available for collection until Wednesday 31st July. 

*Students must provide a valid student ID. 

*Disabled supporters will require proof of disability:
  – a statement of high mobility/living allowance as issued by the DWP,
  – Receipt of either the Severe Disablement Allowance or Attendance Allowance,
  – Blind or partially-sighted registration certificate, 
  – Enhanced Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
  – Disabled carer tickets will only be distributed in conjunction with season tickets for disabled fans. 

*If you are collecting on the behalf of a friend or family member, please bring a note of consent from that person(s).
