Season Ticket FAQs

1. Will there be limited capacity as a result of COVID-19 restrictions?

It is unknown at this stage, however it is unlikely that there will be significant capacity restrictions in place for the start of the 21/22 season.

2. Am I guaranteed access to games as a season ticket holder?

Yes. All season ticket holders will be prioritised as match attendees. We are confident all season ticket holders will have access to all games.

3. Season Ticket renewals – Can I guarantee my seat?

We will hold your seat from last season for the 13 day renewal period, after that the seat will be available on general sale.

The temporary season ticket seat that you were provided for the 20/21 season will no longer be applicable.

4. What happens in the event that the season is suspended or curtailed?

If the season is suspended, your season ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled fixtures. In the event that the season is curtailed, the club will offer season ticket holders a pro rata refund for the games that were unable to be played.

5. How can I purchase my season ticket?

Standard season ticket;

  • Online via the County website, see instructions below;
  • Pay by card, over the phone – 0161 266 2700
  • At the ticket office at Edgeley Park
  • Please don’t use this method of payment if you have any Covid-19 symptoms
  • Both cash and card payments will be accepted.
  • Ticket office opening times; Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

Renewing online;

Go to www.stockportcounty.com/renewals

Enter Barcode when prompted. This can be found on their BLUE season ticket card and is 13 digits long. 

This will then put the products purchased last season straight into your basket and allow you to assign the names/details to each season ticket holder, details are as follows;

  • Season Ticket Holders First Name
  • Season Ticket Holders Last Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Email
  • Contact Number

If you wish to amend your order i.e. upgrade/degrade/split orders, this will need to be done in person or over the phone; 0161 266 2700.

Purchasing a new season ticket;

Go to www.stockportcounty.com/season-tickets

Pick your seat and then category and go to checkout.

At the checkout, you will need the following details per season ticket holder.

  • Season Ticket Holders First Name
  • Season Ticket Holders Last Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Email
  • Contact Number

6. Will we be able to purchase alcohol at the stadium as normal?

It is unknown at this stage, however it is unlikely that there will be any restrictions on the serving of food and alcohol in place for the start of the 21/22 season.

7. Will the games be streamed for next season?

Its unlikely that the games will continue to be streamed next season, once capacity restrictions are lifted.

8. Which games can I attend?

Season Ticket Holders will have their chosen seat reserved for all home league fixtures in the 2021/2022 season. Cup fixtures are not included in this, however, Season Ticket Holders will be given priority in any restricted capacity fixture & cup games.

9. Can I change my seat to another seat or stand?

Yes, if you wish to relocate and move to another seat this can be done. Please email [email protected]

10. When renewing/purchasing a season ticket, can I buy another season ticket/s for someone else?

Yes, you can add additional people on as season ticket holders when renewing or purchasing a season ticket. Your order will be grouped together and although we will be gathering all season ticket holders details the purchaser will be the main account holder.

11. How do I buy a ticket if I’m under the age of 14?

Anyone under the age of 14 buying a season ticket, needs to purchase their ticket along with an 18+ ticket.

12. How do I purchase a disabled season ticket ?

You can renew or purchase the same as all other tickets, online, over the phone or at the ticket office. You will need to bring ID with you when purchasing at the ticket office, or if you purchased online, you will need to bring it with you for the first game. You may be asked for your ID on matchdays, so please make sure you have it with you.

13. How will I receive my season ticket?

Both postage and collection options are available, you can specify which you’d prefer during the time of the booking.
