For the 2023/24 season, season ticket holders will now also be able to access a digital version of their season ticket for home games.
These digital tickets will allow you to access the ground from Saturday, instead of using your physical card (your season ticket cards will also still work as normal, but only one version can be scanned per match).
Any supporters who have not yet received their season tickets in the post will be able to use this digital version for Saturday’s game against Gillingham.
See below for details on how to access your e-ticket:
- Log in to your ticketing account on the club website. If you have not yet created an account, you will need to do so in order to access your season ticket. Click here to visit the My Account page.
- Once logged in, click on ‘orders’.
- Select your 23-24 season ticket purchase, and then click on the download button. This will generate your digital season ticket, which will get you access into the ground.
Please note that the season tickets will be located on the main account holder’s account – if multiple season tickets have been purchased, they will all be downloadable via the one main account holder.
The barcodes cannot be scanned multiple times, so can only be used once when entering the ground.
