Season Ticket Update | 30-09-20

Firstly, we’d like to thank all season ticket holders for their overwhelming support following our update on Monday. Whilst these are incredibly difficult times for football clubs we recognise the hardship and uncertainty the pandemic has caused to everyone’s lives, which makes our fans support even more appreciated.

For any season ticket holders who would like to cancel their season ticket and request a refund, we will require confirmation by 8pm on Friday 2nd October to allow us sufficient time to setup all the streaming passes, in advance of our first home game against Halifax on Tuesday 6th October.

Please send the request to [email protected] along with your full name, phone number and details of the tickets that you wish to cancel.

We will be sending full details via email of how to access the streaming service, along with the season pass access code to season ticket holders next Monday 5th October.

The 20/21 season tickets will be posted out to all season ticket holders along with a County face mask within the next 2-3 weeks.

For fans wishing to stream the games on game by game basis, we will communicate full details of how to access the service over the coming days.

In order to protect the revenue from the new streaming service, the club has reluctantly decided to suspend its free-to-air radio commentary agreement with Imagine.

However, we will look at reinstating the commentary as soon as fans are allowed to return to Edgeley Park and the streaming of games has come to an end.

The stream for this weekend’s fixture away at Torquay will be able to be purchased via the Torquay Football Club website prior to kick-off.

We are extremely excited about commencing the season and thank you again to everyone for your continued support.
