Join us for County Community Trust’s Well-Being Day!
Stockport County Community Trust and Greater Manchester Diabetic Eye Screening Programme wish to invite you to join us on Tuesday 22nd February 2022 for a Community Wellness Day.
You will have the chance to talk to services provided throughout Stockport to support you with Health/ Mental Health/ Disability/Carer responsibilities and much more. The social well-being day will be open to all Stockport residents, and is free of charge with refreshments provided.
