We are here to support all road users and remain open for the foreseeable future.
We will continue to prioritise the vehicles of key workers but are also taking bookings for all previous and new customers who rely on their vehicles during this difficult time.
We’re working with a reduced team and have altered our opening hours slightly: 8am-5pm Monday- Friday, Closed Weekends.
The safety of our customers and team members is our priority. With this in mind, our reception area is currently closed to customers. You are welcome to wait with your vehicle and we are encouraging customers to make use of their one-hour of exercise or sit outside of reception.
When you arrive at our Service Reception, the door will be locked. Please knock and wait for a member of our team. We are practicing social distancing and ask that you remain 2 meters away at all times. Our team member will ask you for your vehicle details and to put your keys on the table outside reception. On receiving and handing over your vehicle, all touch points are sanitised alongside your key. Once the work has been completed we will contact you so that you can make a payment over the telephone.
