Rainbow 88 owner Linda Lam has been providing food from her own kitchen during this difficult time to the vulnerable, the self-isolating and key workers including NHS Staff.
Through Helping Hands Bramhall, Linda got local shops and bakeries to donate ingredients, bakers and drivers to help with this initiative.
To date, over 2,000 deserving people have been treated to Rainbow 88’s Fancy Fried Rice (Spicy Chicken, Onion and Egg Fried Rice), and £2,370 has been raised in this time.
