First-team coach Dave Conlon is the longest serving member of staff in the coaching set-up, having first worked with the first-team as a coach under Alan Lord in 2013.
Having previously worked with club legend Jim Gannon during his time at Northwich Victoria, Dave became Jim’s assistant manager during the Irishman’s third spell as manager, with the pair winning the National League North title together in 2019.
A popular figure at Edgeley Park, Dave has continued to form an important part of the coaching set-up under Simon Rusk and Dave Challinor during their time in charge, winning another promotion with County in 2022 as we won the National League title under Challinor.
