Sports Therapist Luke Smith has been with the club since 2017, having been brought to the club by then-manager and County legend, Jim Gannon.

Luke had previously worked with Jim during his time as manager of Northwich Victoria, and was part of the backroom staff that won the National League North title in 2019. He transitioned to full-time following the takeover of Mark Stott in 2020 and has since worked under both Simon Rusk and Dave Challinor, winning two further league titles.
