Statement: Touchline Ban Remains

County manager James Gannon will unfortunately have to serve the final game of his three-match suspension tomorrow in our big match versus Spennymoor Town FC.

The FA have failed to provide the Written Reasons which would allow James and his legal advisors at the LMA (League Managers Association) to consider an Appeal.

This is an extremely disappointing situation for James and all at the Club, as the FA had previously promised in their communications seven days ago to provide the Written Reasons within this current week, but have failed to do so.

The club has supported and backed James throughout this process and we are disappointed that the manager has not been given any formal grounds against which to lodge an appeal.

The Club will continue to support James in any legal action or formal complaints that he wishes to make on this matter to the FA or higher authorities.
