New signing Calum MacDonald is straight into the starting XI this afternoon, as we prepare to take on high-flying Bradford City in League Two.
The former Tranmere Rovers defender has been training with the Club for a few weeks now and is selected to start following a host of injuries down County’s left-hand side, Mark Kitching the latest to miss out – although Chris Hussey is back on the bench.
Calum forms part of a back four alongside Ryan Johnson, Fraser Horsfall and right-back Will Collar, in front of goalkeeper Vit Jaros.
Callum Camps and Ryan Croasdale again form the base of the midfield despite Akil Wright returning from suspension, with Antoni Sarcevic and Myles Hippolyte both coming into the side in place of Connor Evans and the injured Ollie Crankshaw.
Fresh from scoring his 200th career goal last weekend, Captain Paddy Madden leads the line alongside Kyle Wootton.
Starting XI: Jaros; Collar; Horsfall; Johnson; MacDonald; Croasdale; Camps; Sarcevic; Hippolyte; Madden; Wootton.
Bench: Hinchliffe; Wright; Palmer; Evans; Brown; Hussey; Jennings.
