Team News | County v Bradford

Kyle Knoyle is set to make his first start for Stockport County tonight, in our only change from the side that beat Northampton Town ten days ago.

Knoyle, a January addition from Doncaster Rovers, comes in for Antoni Sarcevic, who misses out through injury. He looks set to take up a position at right-wing-back, as Dave Challinor reverts back to the 3-5-2 formation that has served so well in recent months.

Ben Hinchliffe starts again in goal, behind a back three of Akil Wright, Neill Byrne and Ryan Johnson. Knoyle and Ryan Rydel are the wing-backs, either side of Will Collar, Ryan Croasdale and Myles Hippolyte in midfield.

Up front, League Two Player of the Month Kyle Wootton once again partners County captain, Paddy Madden. Tanto Olaofe also misses out with a knock, meaning places on the bench for Connor Jennings, recalled from his loan spell at Altrincham last week, and Jack Stretton, who could be in line for his second County debut having joined permanently from Derby County.

Starting XI: Hinchliffe; Wright; Byrne; R. Johnson; Knoyle; Collar; Croasdale; Hippolyte; Rydel; Wootton; Madden (C).
Subs: Jaros; Evans; Camps; Stretton; Hussey; Jennings; Lewis.
