Isaac Olaofe is set to make his Stockport County debut this afternoon, as he is named in the starting XI for our Emirates FA Cup tie against Walsall.
That is one of three changes for Dave Challinor’s side from our defeat at Grimsby last weekend, with Chris Hussey and Antoni Sarcevic also coming in to the team.
Hussey returns from injury to start for the first time since our second round tie against Charlton Athletic at the Valley, forming a back three alongside Joe Lewis and Akil Wright, with Ben Hinchliffe in goal behind them.
Phil Bardsley makes his home debut on the right-hand side with Ryan Rydel on the left, whilst Will Collar, Sarcevic and Myles Hippolyte form the midfield three. Hippolyte makes his 50th appearance for the Club in the process.
Up front, Kyle Wootton is the man chosen to start alongside Tanto Olaofe, with Paddy Madden dropping to the nine-man bench.
Starting XI: Hinchliffe; Wright; Lewis; Hussey; Bardsley; Collar; Sarcevic; Hippolyte; Rydel; Wootton; Olaofe.
Bench: Jaros; Evans; Madden; Crankshaw; R. Johnson; Brown; Croasdale; C. Johnson; MacDonald.
