A new award introduced this season, sponsored by our friends at brsk, this gives you the chance to vote for the player who’s impressed you the most in the last month.
August was a month that will perhaps best be remembered for our exploits in the Carabao Cup, beating Harrogate Town in the first round before taking Premier League Leicester City all the way to penalties on a special night at Edgeley Park.
It was also a month that saw us finally secure our first win back in the Football League after 11 years away, beating Colchester United 1-0 at Edgeley Park.
