Avanti West Coast have provided us with the following information regarding travel to the League Two Play-Off Final on Sunday.
Due to the early kick-off time, there are only a limited number of services from Stockport to London Euston on Sunday morning. The first three services on the day have reached their full reservable capacity. Avanti allow for a number of tickets to be sold on the day, although please note that these services are expected to be very busy.
The advice to supporters is to check before you travel, and look to arrive at the station in good time. There is likely to be a queueing system in place on the day, to ensure all fans get on their way safely and in good time.
Services will also be available to the capital direct from Crewe train station, for any supporters who live close enough to travel from there.
Travelling back after the game there are multiple services running throughout the day, with demand expected to be spread evenly through the late afternoon/early evening. Again, the advice to supporters is to plan and book ahead where possible.
