The Club can confirm it is taking further steps next season towards Edgeley Park becoming a cashless stadium. As a result, the majority of kiosks inside the ground next season will only be taking card payments, with fewer dedicated cash tills.
The move towards a cashless system follows valid concerns raised by supporters last season regarding queueing times, particularly on the Cheadle End concourse.
Card payments are on average twice as fast as cash payments, and it is expected that this move will significantly decrease the time taken to be served and help further improve supporters’ experience inside Edgeley Park.
