The County Community Trust runs weekly County’s Adult Active Group at the Power League Centre, every Monday 10.30am – 12.30pm.
The session is open to adults who are looking to socialise, meet new people and improve health and well-being through the low-impact exercise and activities on offer.
The group will run every Monday, and is free of charge with refreshment provided!
