County Courtyard: County v Colchester United

After a break in midweek, the County Courtyard returns this Saturday for our game against Colchester United at Edgeley Park as the League Two leaders bid for another win.

We have plenty more on offer ahead of kick-off this week, including a special guest appearance from Louie Barry as he continues his recovery from injury.

Doors in the courtyard will open from 1pm, with singer Mike Dingam providing the entertainment in the build-up to the game. Club commentator Jon Keighren will then be joined live on stage by Louie Barry, as well as other members of the first-team squad.

This Saturday we’ll have a dedicated Football Education stand in the County Courtyard, for supporters to ask Head of Football Michael Raynes and Lead Teacher Saxon Wraith about our Football Education programme, including the new Girls Player Pathway!

Doors will be open again at half-time for supporters sat in the Cheadle End, whilst we will be open for around an hour after full-time for anyone wanting a post-match drink, and a chance to digest the game.

See below for the food on offer in the Courtyard this week:

Street Food One:

  • Lamb and pea keema rice, served with curry sauce
  • Vegetable keema rice, served with curry sauce

Street Food Two:

  • Great North Pie Co Steak & Ale Pie
  • Great North Pie Co Cheese & Onion pie
