Stockport County is proud to be supporting Marie Curie at Edgeley Park this Saturday, with the charity holding a bucket collection ahead of our game against Colchester United.
Marie Curie is the UK’s leading end of life charity, here to support people through all aspects of dying, death, and bereavement – and to fight for a society where everyone gets to have the best experience possible at the end of their life.
Marie Curie Nurses and Marie Curie Healthcare Assistants work night and day, in people’s homes and in our hospices, offering specialist care and support to people with any terminal illness, wherever they feel most comfortable. Their Support Line officers are here to help them, as well as their family and friends, through their final years, months, days, and hours of life. Our Bereavement Service supports loved ones left behind.
The money raised from this collection will support all the great work Marie Curie does, including the nursing service in Greater Manchester. Thank you in advance for any donations you are able to make.
