The dates have been confirmed for County’s three group stage fixtures in this season’s Bristol Street Motors Trophy.
The Hatters will begin their Northern Group A campaign with a trip to Accrington Stanley on Tuesday 3rd September, in a 7.45pm KO at the Wham Stadium.
Two weeks later, we will host Everton U21s on Tuesday 17th September, 7pm KO, before rounding off the group stage with a home game against Tranmere Rovers on Tuesday 12th November, 7pm KO.
County will be looking to progress to the knockout stage of the competition for the second consecutive season, having finished second in last season’s group before losing to Wigan Athletic in the next round.
The top two from each group will progress. Any games that end level after 90 minutes will then go to a penalty shootout, with an extra point going to the winner.
