Midfielder Connor Evans has joined League Two side AFC Wimbledon on a season-long loan deal.
Connor moved to Edgeley Park last Summer on a free transfer from Torquay United, and has made 36 appearances for the club so far, scoring three times.
He now completes a move to the Cherry Red Records Stadium, where he will link up with fellow loanee Joe Lewis and former County teammate Ryan Johnson.
