Our Emirates FA Cup Second Round Replay at home to Aldershot Town has been selected to be televised live on BBC Two.
As a result, the game will now take place on Wednesday 13th December, in a 7.45pm KO at Edgeley Park. It will be the third successive season that we have been selected for TV coverage in the FA Cup, following previous replay wins against League One sides Bolton Wanderers and Charlton Athletic.
The tie was sent to a replay following an enthralling 2-2 draw at the EBB Stadium on Sunday, with the eventual winners set to travel to Championship side West Bromwich Albion in the third round. The tie will be decided on the night, with extra-time and penalties taking place if required.

Tickets for the game will first go on sale to season ticket holders, with the Danny Bergara Stand and Cheadle End open to home supporters for this fixture. Tickets will be available from 5pm on Wednesday 6th December and will be available to purchase online only. Purchases over the phone on 0161 266 2700 and in-person from the ticket office will then be available on Thursday 7th December.
Please have your season ticket barcode number to hand when ordering your tickets – these have previously been emailed out to you, and can be located on the back of your season ticket cards.
Tickets will then go on general sale to all supporters from 10am on Friday 8th December. These will be available to purchase online, over the phone and from the Ticket Office.
